All our YUM YONI EGGS come in a medium size. Why?
Yoni Eggs are to exercise your pelvic muscles and for gemstone frequency. Medium is a great size for the average woman. The more you practice your muscles get stronger and you become even more toned and skilled at the art of Kegels. Our medium size is the traditional indigenous medium size. A more modern culture in the US uses excessively large medium Yoni Eggs. Our petite medium size is perfect for your practice. It may be used with a cotton string for beginners to pull it out with but for those who are more comfortable it can be used without a string and the muscles of the vagina are used to push it out.
How to perform a Kegel using your YUM Yoni Egg?
After emptying your bladder, cleansing your YUM, and meditating with and filling your YUM Yoni Egg with your healing intentions, Insert the egg with the larger end first.
Squeeze your muscles and feel for your Yoni Egg, Hold your egg for a count of seven as you breathe in, and release as you breathe out, repeat 7x's each day. As you continue this practice you may practice pulling your YUM up higher as you squeeze and breathe in, and then pressing it downward to the vaginal opening on the out breath. If you would like to wear your YUM Yoni Egg for the full day that is fine, however be very mindful not to flush it down the drain.
How to clean your YUM?
Boil about 2 cups of distilled/alkaline/spring water. Turn off the heat and allow the water to cool down till its warm. Pour into a separate bowl of natural material and allow your YUM to soak for about 3 minutes. Dry with a soft cloth. Meditate with your YUM YONI EGG prior to placing inside.
